The mach64 device drivers supplied here are for OS/2 2.1 and OS/2 Warp.

2.0     Installation Notes

This 2-disk set consists of the ATI Install Program and the CID driver.
The ATI Install is in Disk1, the CID driver is in Disk2. The ATI Install
in Disk1 is to be used exclusively for display mode configuration.
Installation of the ATI OS/2 display driver is done from Disk2.


DISPLAY MODE CONFIGURATION
1. Open a Full Screen OS2 command session
2. Insert Disk1 into floppy and enter OS2INST
3. On the Main Menu, select Quick Setup
4. On the Monitor Selection Menu, select the monitor that matches your monitor
   and proceed as prompted. For example, if a DDC monitor is connected, select
   DDC1/2B Monitor. If non of the menu entries matches your monitor,
   select "Custom...".
5. When done with display configuration, exit ATI Install, remove Disk1
   from floppy and follow the steps below to install the driver. 


DRIVER INSTALLATION
1. Insert Disk2 into floppy and change to directory Os2.
2. Enter SETUPATI from the Os2 directory.
3. When prompted to select the Monitor Configuration, choose "Install
   Using Defaults for Monitor Type".
4. When done, shutdown and restart your system.
5. The PM driver will first come up in 640x480, 256 colors mode.  Use 
   the following steps to change the screen resolutions or number of 
   colors:

   a) Open 'OS/2 System' icon.
   b) Open 'System Setup' icon.
   c) Open 'System' icon.
   b) Select the 'Screen' tab.
   e) Select the desired resolution and number of colors from the 
      list.
   f) Double click on the system menu icon or select close from the 
      system menu to close the window.
   g) Shutdown and restart your system.
