WPI0100P: WarpIN
WPI0101P: Welcome to WarpIN. There's no installation at current, so just create a program object and associate it with *.WPI files.

WarpIN operates in two modes:

1) "warpin <file>.wpi" with <file>.wpi being a WarpIN archive created by WIC.EXE will open that archive for installation/deinstallation/repair.

2) "warpin" without any parameters will open the Global Database, if it exists. Otherwise you get this message.

WarpIN is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public LIcense as published by the Free Software Foundation, in version 2 as it comes in the COPYING file of this distribution.
