Is is the same. In the evening school several yers ago we have
the same problem but the code was less complex. The problem
also, but when the complexity of the code increases this problem
 will grow liniar.

On this moment I am using the Visual studio and the C++ environment
and there aren't problems any more. Time is healing the problem

hehe.. yeah, but no soundforge/with dx plugs, no cakewalk/cubase etc etc.

well.. if you like being totally uncompatible, and having only one
mouse-button, well then that's up to you >:?
hehe..

kind regards / Mark

Uncompatible? I can take a program written for the original Mac and about 9
times out of 10, it runs on a G4 under OS 8.6. Apple definitely has much
better compatibility with their OS versions than their competition.

As for one mouse button? Why not go for 15 mouse buttons? There's been at
least two of those sold.

Seriously, I do quite a bit with K-12 education, I've found that for the early
primary kids, the Mac mouse is much easier for them to use and the consistency
of the Mac interface makes the learning curve almost non-existent.

Heck, compare the ease of adding, removing and starting programs from the Mac
OS launcher compared to what's available under Windows for example. The
launcher is what the Office bar wants to be when it grows up.

Regards,
       David
