Mine does. When I run thd pro, I specifically see a message saying I need to
specify -d for the unzip directory. If you know of an unzip that doesn't need
it (PKUnzip won't work, since it FORCES a .zip extension and I sometimes get
files in zip format that aren't .zip named)

Fine for sysops (I use it also), but it doesn't help for users.

GoldEd is a sysop mail reader, not an offline mail package, since it doesn't
create .REP packets and the like... Also, even if it did, the "facility"
being discussed is one on the BBS end...

PMFJI, but isnt there an OS2 version of Multimail that does QWK and BWave?
I have used Multimail on WIn95 for BWave, and its nice.

What is MultiMail?
------------------

MultiMail is an offline mail packet reader for Unix and other systems.
(This version also compiles under MSDOS, with DJGPP; OS/2, with EMX; and
Win32, with RSX/NT.) It currently supports the Blue Wave and QWK formats.
It has a full screen, color user interface, built with the curses library.

MultiMail is free, "open source" software, distributed under the GNU
General Public License (q.v.).

You can get the latest version by anonymous ftp from:

 ftp://ftp.clark.net/pub/wmcbrine/bbs/offline/mmail-0.29.tar.gz

or at the MultiMail home page:

Yes, there is... However, this thread was dealing with a BBS end utility.

I'd like to see how your's is setup. I tried it again just a few minutes ago,
and it works great. What is your command-line in the BBS? FWIW, I am using the
latest unzip/2 and Zip/2.. I think they are somewhere around Unzip540. Also,
all my utilities like this are in one directory. Kinda messy, but it works.
Thdpro, virus scanners, packers together. And make sure you have either a tmp
or temp variable set in the config.sys.

Have a good day!!

The question is what are you going to use for QWK and Blue Wave *doors*.
