New commands not described in the manual:

  beginning-of-screen
  end-of-screen

  delete-line

  toggle-over-mode

  change-working-directory

The OS/2 screen interface has been enhanced. It can access any screen
height (and possibly width) up to 128 lines. Furthermore, assignments
to $sres to change the screen mode should be in numerical format and
specify the desired number of screen lines. This works both fullscreen
and windowed under PM (andy height is possible in this case). Note that
fullscreen on the VGA display, a 480 scan line mode is available under
OS/2 (and supported by MicroEMACS) that permits 30 lines with 9x16 font
etc.

File name completion of this version *preserves* the case found in the
name on disk. No longer lowercase conversion takes place. Matching is
still insensitive of case, of course.

There were bugs in the subshell routines for OS/2.
