Thank you for using the unofficial IBM OS/2 Warp tag file. The OS/2
Warp tag file is a set of one-line "signatures" that can be used in
conjunction with your favorite offline mail reader.

I regularly use MR/2, a popular offline QWK mail reader for OS/2
written by Nick Knight. Like most other offline mail readers, MR/2
allows one-line "signatures" to be attached to the end of each message
you send or post. Most people use slogans or other interesting
messages. I decided some time ago to construct a set of slogans which
relate to OS/2 Warp. MR/2 selects a slogan from my OS2.TAG tag file
for each message that I post. (MR/2 can select randomly or
sequentially.) I am making this tag file available to any and all who
wish to use it, including members of Team OS/2. (If publishers of
offline mail readers for OS/2 wish to include this tag file, by all
means please feel free.)

In this package you will find OS2.TAG. Simply copy this file to the
directory containing your offline mail reader (example: \APPS\MR2).
Then configure your offline mail reader to use this new tag file as
a source for signatures. For example, the MR2.INI configuration file
dictates how MR/2 behaves, including which tag file it should use. You
can use any text editor (like the OS/2 System Editor) to modify
MR2.INI. In my MR2.INI file, I have the following settings:

Tagline=@OS2.TAG
TagMode=SEQUENTIAL
SerialInTagline=No
SuppressVersionInTagline=YES

I hope you enjoy using OS2.TAG. Feel free to add your own slogans to
the tag file (or modify those that may be out-of-date).
