The tutorial, WCTUT.DOT, is a Word 6 template which can be opened
by Word versions 6 and higher. It uses MACROBUTTON links to a
special version of WinCECIL to illustrate what is taught in the
tutorial.

Open WCTUT.DOT and read the note at the top carefully before
commencing the tutorial. If you are using Word 97 you should
answer 'Enable macros' when prompted when you open the document.

WCD.EXE is the augmented version of WinCECIL v2.2 used by the
tutorial. Details of the changes compared with v2.2 are
contained in RELEASE.TXT.

The British variants of the relevant IPA fonts are included in
case you wish to access the 'alpha' character, or if you do
not have the standard IPA fonts supplied with WinCECIL.
