This is the 28.90 Refresh Rate 'Fixed' version of the original Nvidia 28.90
developer's beta drivers. Notice that this not only fixes low refresh rates,
but also makes all 32bit refresh rates the same as all the 8 and 16bit refresh
rates, which is a first! I decided to fix the problem because I guess the guys
at Nvidia don't speak english and can't understand what I keep trying to bring
to their attention, so fine, I'll just fix it myself. Be careful kiddies, at
32bit color, your monitors will finally run at 100Hz and faster like it does
for 8 and 16 color modes, so be careful not to overdrive your monitor and burn
it up! This NVRefFix compatible version is for NV25 cards ONLY. Everyone else
needs to upgrade or suffer as I ripped everything out except NV25 support and
fixed the "bit mode refresh rate is invalid for 32bits" bug also.
So there you go, three new fixes for bugs you didn't even know existed in
Nvidia's .inf setup file. Thank you, Sincerely, and pardon my sucky spelling,
