         This is DVRFlash 2.0 by Agent Smith et al.


- General Notes:

This utility will allow you to flash a Pioneer DVR drive (or compatible)
with a relevant firmware, and to escape the various restrictions set by
Pioneer with their UPGDVD flashing tools.

The following versions of DVRFlash are provided:
o Windows, *ALL* versions (Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP/2003)
  -> win32/ directory
o DOS/DPMI version (ONLY IF YOU USE A DOS BOOTDISK!!!)
  -> dos/ directory
o Linux/x86 version
  -> linux-x86/ directory
  
Not included in this archive:
o Mac OS-X version
  -> Should be available from where you picked this archive or from the
     Mac section of the forum (http://forum.rpc1.org)
o Flashit script and DVRFlash GUI  
  -> Same thing. If you look hard enough, you will find them   

Please read the readme file for the relevant version

- Usage:

The basic usage of DVRFlash is (FROM A COMMAND PROMPT - YES, YOU NEED TO
FIGURE OUT AND TYPE THE PARAMETERS YOURSELF!!!!!):

  DVRFlash [flags] [device] [firmware file(s)]

Please make sure that the firmware files are in the current directory.

DVRFlash is based on fPLScsi (http://nil.rpc1.org) which is a forked 
version of Pat LaVarre's excellent PLScsi. For more information on how
