entity) and Arcadia Software. By opening the sealed software packages
(if appropriate), installing the software and/or by using the SOFTWARE,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

IF LICENSEE DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE LICENSE TERMS, NO LICENSE
IS GRANTED TO THE SOFTWARE, AND LICENSEE SHOULD DESTROY
ANY OBTAINED COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE AND ANY ACCOMPANYING
        DOCUMENTATION.

        1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

The SOFTWARE is licensed on a per-user basis except where either an
"unlimited" or "educational" license has been purchased (site licenses).
This Agreement requires that each user of the SOFTWARE be Licensed

The SOFTWARE is determined to be in use on a computer when it is loaded
into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM), or installed into the permanent
memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer. This software may be
installed on a network provided that appropriate restrictions are in
place limiting the use to licensed users only.

        2. SINGLE-USER LICENSES.

provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
covering all users that will access the software through the network.

As an example, if nine different users will access the software on
the network, each user must have its own license, regardless of whether
they use the software at different times or concurrently.

Multi-user licenses can be installed for as many users as indicated
in the license. For example, a multi-user license indicating maximum of

individual may access the software through a network without
restrictions regarding the number of users, whether concurrent
        or not.

licenses may be deployed on a network or networks, either on one site
or on multiple sites, so long as the deployment of the software is
