1: Added F1 help screens in the file tagger and while playing
2: If you have more than 1 soundcard in your system and want to use a
   different one, run z.exe -c to configure other cards
3: ID3 editor, works in the tagger or while playing (the 'e' key!)
4: Now plays mp3s encoded with Xing w/no blurpy noises (mpg123.dll v1.05)
5: Fix for "can't find mpg123.dll" on JFS partitions
6: Displays an errormessage if it can't initialise the soundcard (instead of
   getting stuck)

1: fixed bugs with Aurora (Warp v5.0 Server) where z! would just die for
   no reason
2: fixed another bug with Aurora where z! couldn't find the mpg123.dll
3: added routines to better skip over "junk" that most win32 mp3 encoders
