Issues that resulted in the link being dropped or not
coming up properly were fixed. (CRs 3450, 3425)

Data could be sent after link down if using custom drivers. Fixed.
     (CR 3425)

Problem with recognizing proper DID addresses when the cable
was changed to a different switch domain has been fixed. (CR 3473)

A data transfer which completed after the link went down was
incorrectly flagged as an internal BIU error. Fixed. (CR 3478)

Known Issues:
The following issues have been reported at the time of publication.
These issues may not yet have been verified or confirmed and may
apply to another product, such as the driver or hardware.

There were no known issues at the time that this firmware
        was initially released.

Notes and Cautions:

If you use LP6DUTIL to upgrade the firmware, you must use
version v8.3 or greater. The latest version of LP6DUTIL is
     included in this kit.

The firmware file has an extended name to differentiate it from
an identically-named release with a previous BIOS revision. This will
display in the same manner as other long filenames under DOS, with a
tilde (~) followed by a number. If LP6DUTIL is used to load this firmware
into the adapter, the "short" filename with the tilde must be used. If
a DOS unpacking program is used, the filenames may be truncated to the
"standard 8.3 character" DOS file naming format.
