DESCRIPTION:    This package contains the teaming driver for HP ProLiant 
                DL140 running under the Linux distributions listed 
                above. This driver allows you to combine the dual GbE
                Ethernet ports to behave as one.

NOTE: Be sure to have the current Broadcom BCM57xx NIC driver installed and working
      on the DL140 server.  The current driver can be found at http://www.hp.com

HOW TO USE:

1.   Download the ZIP file and unzip the contents into a temporary directory
     on the DL140 server.

2.   If you are running Red Hat Enterprise Linux, skip to step #4 below.  
     For UnitedLinux 1.0 and SuSE SLES-8, you should confirm the kernel-source tree
     is properly installed.

3.   Prepare kernel source tree:
     Prepare the kernel source tree. These steps are necessary in order to compile a driver
     that will match your running kernel:
        cd /usr/src/linux    
        make cloneconfig
        make dep

4.   Follow the steps outlined in the file BCMREADME.TXT for compiling and configuring
     the driver.
