Integration of ProLiant traps with OpenView Network Node Manager

-----

This file provides trap definitions for the HP Management Agents up to version 7.40. These
translations are being provided as an option for those users who only want trap integration with
OpenView NNM.

The Insight Integration for HP OpenView NNM is still provided for users who desire a more
in-depth integration.

Information about the integration module (including the download) can be obtained
from the following website:

http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/openview/index.html

NOTE: These files cannot be used in conjunction with the Insight Integration for OpenView NNM.
The Insight Integration will install it's own trap translation files.

Differences between this and the full Insight Integration:

1. Trap only integration.
2. No discovery or status of ProLiant systems on the NNM map.
3. No background processes added to the NNM system.
4. ProLiant MIBs need to be loaded for varbind translation.

-----

Loading the ProLiant MIBs:

The ProLiant MIBs should be loaded with the script provided in the \mibs directory.
The script will replace any currently loaded ProLiant MIBs with the new MIBs.
Loading the MIBs provides functionality for variable translation in received traps.

Note: Do not load the trap definitions directly from the MIBs. Load the ProLiant trap
configuration file in order to get detailed trap translations.

1. Change to the \mibs directory.
2. Run the cpqload.cmd script.

-----

Loading the trap definitions:
