When using the Mediator XLC in PAL mode (Using VGA2PAL.EXE) the DVA-4000 exhibits
a rolling video within the video window, this is regardless of PAL or NTSC
source.

4) NTSC mode output
-------------------
When using the Mediator XLC in NTSC mode (Using VGA2NTSC.EXE) the DVA-4000
exhibits no known problems with the video window with both PAL and NTSC source.

Using the utility as supplied with this patch SYNCSW.EXE allows the user to
control the output refresh rate of the DVA4000 to allow for PAL operation (50Hz),
and NTSC operation (60Hz).

  1) Run the XLC driver for the desired colour standard.
  2) Launch Windows 3.1x.
  3) Launch the DVA4000 MIC System II Control Panel.
  4) Launch the utility as supplied in this patch.
(a readme is available for this utility 'SYNCSW.TXT')
  5) Run a source to the DVA4000 and choose Live Window button when in the Video
      section.
  6) If in PAL mode and the video in the 'Video Window' is rolling choose the
PAL (50Hz) radio button in the SYNCSW.EXE utility.

If in NTSC mode choose the NTSC (60Hz) radio button in the SYNCSW.EXE
      utility.
