Hello.

This utility can run and stop any prog (like popup.exe, winbatt, ...)
under windows with the FN+POPUP key.

You need only specify the progname as a parameter of fnpopup.exe
(a good idea is to place fnpopup.exe in the startup group of program manager)

During execution, fnpopup is hidden.  If you run it again with new param,
it replaces the prior iteration.

The first fn+popup execution runs the prog and a second will terminate it.
If you quit the prog by ALT+F4, the next fn+popup does nothing, but the
next will run it again.
