INSTALLING THE ALR MULTUS DRIVER FOR OS/2 2.1

1. Install OS/2 onto the first drive (the same as installing to
a standard IDE hard drive). After installation, reboot the
   system and do the following:

     A. At the OS/2 Main Menu, click on "OS/2 system".
     B. At "OS/2 system" Menu, click on "Command Prompt".
     C. At the "Command Prompt" Menu, click on "OS/2 Prompt",
          Then invoke following commands:
          [c:\]cd os2
          [c:\os2]ren ibm1s506.add ibm1s506.ibm
          [c:\os2]copy a:\os221\ibm1s506.add

     D. Reboot the system, and the OS/2 Multus driver will
enable all available Multus hard drives.
     E. Go to an OS/2 Full Screen prompt, and type FDISKPM. This
will allow you to partition your drives.
     F. From the OS/2 Full Screen prompt, type FORMAT to format the
newly partitioned Multus drives. For example, to format
drive D: as HPFS, type: "format D: /FS:HPFS".
