 v1.00 - 01/11/96 Initial release.

v1.01 - 01/13/96 No actual changes to PCBDOD, but the included copy of
TELDOR was corrupted, and later versions of TELDOR (1.01, 1.02)
had some serious bugs in them. In the future, all releases of
PCBDOD will include the latest working copy of TELDOR.

v1.20 - 01/20/96 Added code to detect when the Internet connection becomes
usable, and locks out callers from Internet functions until the
          connection is ready.

Changed the format of the configuration file. If you're upgrading
from a previous version, You'll have to modify the PCBDOD.CFG
          file.

Added support to disable DIALOD.EXE from taking the phone off hook.
While not recomended, this could allow a voice line to be shared
          with the Internet Dialout line.

Included a special copy of Teldor. At this time, this is the best
version that supports DOOR.SYS. Versions 1.00, 1.01, and 1.02 all
          have serious bugs.

v1.30 - 01/27/96 Cleaned up the code somewhat, and improved error
handling. Added support for Internet connections made through ISDN.

v1.40 - 01/29/96 Cleaned up code even more.

Fixed a bug in the ISDN option

Added support for a door that would normally be activated by a
script, such as a PPP or SLIP door.

Added support for multiple Internet doors. Copy your PCBDOD.PPE
and PCBDOD.CFG to some other names, such as PCBDOD1.PPE and
PCBDOD1.CFG. Whatever you name the PPE to, it will try to use the
configuration file of the same name, but with a .CFG extention.

With the problems everyone's been having with Russel Coker's
TELDOR, I will be focusing on support for other Internet
applications, such as Clark Development's Internet Collection.

Added Logging. PCBDOD Now enters messages into the caller log.
