 ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    2.0 23.02.96 A: User-inputs can be saved in a logfile or
                            in PCB USERS LOG
                         A: Two font styles:
                            ALL UPCASED... NOTHING SPECIAL
                            l-l, cfGul f.cfG
A: RUMOR.PPE to let the user enter his own
rumors or to view all the saved rumors
Colors are configurable in RUMOR.CFG and
the picture in RUMOR.PCB. Added some .PCB
                            with changed colors to COLORS.ZIP
A: The writer and his rumor -> PCB USERS LOG
A: Switch to disactivate linefeed if nothing
entered and enter pressed -> new rumor
                         A: One effect which scrolls a color-fade
through the actual rumor... and more...
C: The move-effect is now a little bit faster
                            and has a new outfit
C: The Info-Line which appears after an
effect can be switched off in DTRPMT.CFG
In this case another effect/rumor follows
                            after a defined time.
C: Now it deletes the upgoing chars from the
flyup-effect if enter is pressed, so the
                            mainmenu stays original
F: Display bug when using special keys like
"ALT A" -> now it checks the length of the
                            input and handles it correct
