The demo scene in general is being unfair to one
rather large group of people;

the disabled ones.

Most, if not all demos are inaccessible to the
blind or the deaf.

tAAt proudly presents the world's first virtually
universally accessible demo

called...

Lick And Feel.

Move your face closer to the monitor. Closer and
closer. You can feel how the strong magnetic
fields the monitor emits caress the tender skin of
your face.

Let your tongue glide over the flat surface of the
screen. The electric surge tingles the tip of
your tongue, and you can taste the stale taste of
the thin dust cover that the screen has
accumulated through the last few months.

Press your cheek to the screen and let your head
slide on the cool surface towards the top of the
monitor. On the edge rougher plastic cover
continues way back, getting warmer the closer you
get to the hot holes of ventilation. Warm and dry
air brushes your face, smelling of dust.

Move your hands to the case of your machine.
You can feel slight vibration on your finger tips
as you stroke the front panel, hollows of the disk
slots and terrain formed by buttons. As your fingers
move towards the rear, vibration becomes
more distinct, stronger.

Various plugs join to the hot rear panel in behind.
Sense plate's small details vividly with the tip of
your tongue. Plastic and metallic flavours mix with
electric sensations as your tongue and lips wrap connectors.
When you finally detach from the machine, only lingering
tickle on your lips comforts your yearn back to the
warmth of your PC.

Move closer to the monitor. Closer and closer.
You can feel how the monitor's blazing pixels cast
warmth on your face as you get closer. Move your
face across the monitor; you can feel how the
brigher areas of the screen glow warmer on your
face, while the darker areas soothe your skin
with their cooler temperature.

Touch the surface of the screen and let its
flat, smooth surface caress your tender skin.
Let your tongue glide over the screen, feeling
the warmth of the silky surface and you taste the
stale taste of the thin dust cover that the screen
has accumulated through the last few months.
