Using LavaCam DCA files with GameCam
====================================
Use DCA2CAM.EXE to convert .dca files to .cam files,
and then copy the .cam files to a (new) folder named "cameras"
under the current game's folder, e.g.

dca2cam < q2dm1.dca > q2dm1.cam

Note that converted .dca files may not produce the expected
results, because GameCam's camera transition logic is different
than LavaCam's. Plus, GameCam reverts to the free moving
ACTION camera when no fixed camera can cover the action.

The best results are obtained (IMO) when using a small
number of fixed cameras to cover large (open) areas in a map,
where most of the action usualy takes place.
