credit map -Buddy (note when the screen fades to black, exit H-L, and try another map.)

Other Info		: Okay these levels were really Buddy's idea. He was making a level just 
			  like this, but instead two buildings opposite each other. 
			  I decided I would do one too as it looked fun and something quick to 
			  make. But I wanted to go with something different... Then we decided 
			  to put them into a pack. 
			  There was another level I had made for this, but I then decided it 
			  would fit the theme quite well in my larger SP level Mel Soaring 3 
			  which I am still working on.

			  As usual, if you play these levels you are required by law to email me 
			  and tell me what you think. Alot of ppl have broken this law already!

Other Info		: The other week I was diging in my old note book and came upon a disk 	
		  	  labled "RoofTop Warfare.map -duke3d" and said to my self, hummm. So I   
                          dug into my cd pile to release Duke3d and its infameus editor Build, 
                          then loaded up rooftop, and then the enlighten ment... no more flying 
                          lizzards and farting pigs, lets Us Army Grunt this sucker, and here we 
                          are today!

Level Discription:

Small, furius, and there is no end, just a constant roof-top war. see how long you can live, 
then see how long you can keep your bodygaurds alive. Just grunts trying to beat you up.

-Story:

You've just been informed that the FBI has busted your latest bank robbery and has blocked you 
escape route via the roof of the Bank 105 Complex. They have succesfuly been able to issolate 
you to the roof, looks like the end of your carrer, better go out with a bang.

Specs:

about a 5-30 minute compile, for the whole thing, which is good.

Koilt Sunburn Info	: I was supposed to do a level like Buddy's first rooftop level, but when
			  I opened the wad file with the textures, I only found several Doom2 
			  textures. So, I made a level which would fit them nicely.
			  Then after I finished it Buddy told me I can't use them (ID probably
			  wouldn't be happy with their textures in a different game). So I went
			  through all of the textures made for Half-Life, and typically nothing
			  worked. But then I found some great custom textures. 
			  It isn't quite as good as the original though :\

			  Anyway this one has Grunts and Headcrabs only. Quite nice architecture
			  in my opinion :P

Koilt Starscar Info	: Well I wanted to do something different from the three rooftops, so 
		 	  I used the Xen floating islands :) But it didn't work :\ The grunts
			  ended up being too far away. So I merged it all into almost one large
			  island and added a Bull Squid or two. This is quite different, as the 
			  Grunts and Bull Squids can sometimes ignore you and duke it out between
			  each other. However, it wouldn't be such a good idea waiting for one 
			  to die, as by that time another couple of monsters would have 
			  teleported in and you'll have a tough time fighting the ones still 
			  alive.

The long day is closing to noontide, the lunch bell sounds, the drillers all go back down the 
unfinised Tower 2. As you wait for the window lifts to return, an air raid siren rings, a choper 
can be heard flying near. Good thing you packed along your trusty RPG along with the usual 
PB&J...
