     Here's a patch I've been working with to enhance the quality of
 deathmatch, and make it a little more interesting. It's pretty popular
 (tho not popular ENOUGH) as a Quake patch, so I ported it to QuakeWorld
 because all Artifact Servers I'm on always have a crap ping. I need to
 find QW servers for this. Anybody?


 Description:
 -------------
    Artifact Quake for QuakeWorld. If you don't know what Artifact Quake is,
 go get RSERV20.ZIP instead of this code.

 Helpful Instructions:
 ----------------------
  - IMPULSE 100 is "The Button". BIND THIS KEY! If a rune requires a
     button.. this is it.   
  - IMPULSE 99 will tell you what rune you currently have.
  - IMPULSE 98 will rid you of your current rune. Not drop it mind you.. just
     deactivate it.
  - IMPULSE 97 Brings up the server blurb again.
  - temp1 in the autoexec.cfg defines the MAX number of runes in the level.
  - if you set samelevel to 4, levels cycle randomly.

  - Not putting this in cause the QW version keeps changing. :)


 Known Bugs:
 ------------
  - All the normal bugs as the normal Artifact Quake
  - Runes that puts entities on people's heads still look funky.
  - Teleport Shuffle, Phased, and Blink rune get people stuck in the void.
  - No effect to show people are shielded yet.
  - Ice Traps LOOK like crap right now.

 Planned Stuff:
 --------------
  - Make all runes toggable so you can DM with, for instance, your 6 fav runes.
  - Make a Quake 2 Artifact Quake!
  - Fix all the QuakeWorld Bugs


 Versions:
 ----------
  1.1 - First workable version. Put it up on your servers. Rejoice.

  1.0 - After the release of Artifact 2.0, here's the 1.0 version of the
        QW code. The final version of the QW code WILL be deemed 2.0.
