 Forenote:
 ----------
I wanted to make the Proton Storm from a long lost game on the Genesis
called "Ranger X". This game kicked serious ass. Anyway, this is a triubute
to a weapon in that game by the same name. Griphis alerted me to the game in
the first place, and he created the model of the blast and also did the
gun model. BTW, the first version of this weapon was made in HALF a day.
None of those "It took us four months to bring you this wonderful patch" for
us. But it's no big deal. We just wanted to needlessly brag.

 Description:
 -------------
It's the most kickass energy-beam weapon ever created. You pick it up
in the game by getting two lightning bolts. It uses 50 cells per shot, and
takes six seconds to charge up that many cells, but then, WATCH OUT! A
two-second blast of intense energy will obliterate anything and everything
 in its path. Have fun!

 Helpful Instructions:
 ----------------------
  - You get the Proton Storm when you get your second lightning gun.
  - It uses 50 cells.
  - Six second charge time.

 Known Bugs:
 ------------
  - There are currently no known bugs. :)

 Planned Stuff & Help Requests:
 -------------------------------
  - We're gonna improve the weapon model or skin of the weapon model.
  - Balance it more to make it a much more usable and effective weapon,
rather than just having it look cool.

 Versions:
 ----------
0.91b - Shooting frames for the gun. Ambient glow.
          Better blast beam.
          Misc Bug fixes.

  0.9b - First version!
