* Other Info *

This level is complete mayhem.  It was inspired by one of my co-workers 
Jeremy - (Monty Burns).  He thought it would be great to have a level 
where everyone would teleport to different destinations, yet be able to 
shoot each other.  After playing with his design, I first attempted to 
have the player come from a platform, however, with many platforms, you 
never reached the ground.  I then converted the arena where there were 
rooms off the side (similar to a coleseum), and you were "pushed" 
back to the arena, and teleported once again.  One would think that 
there would be many telefrags, but based on  testing, it's not more 
than any other deathmatch map.

The title: Tio Blows Wind, stems again from work.  Paulo (Tio Bento) is 
one of our co-workers that plays with us at lunch time. 
(QW Server: 12.2.10.8 or 12.2.10.10)
Jeremy and I pick on Paulo continually. We now call our lunch time, 
Kill Tio Hour.  You're welcome to join in on the fragging. 
Make sure when  you see Tio, to launch as many rockets as 
you can find in his direction.
