Model description :

Swindle is an Decepticon from The Transformers (TM) who transforms into a jeep.
He is one of the five Combaticons and transforms into the right leg of Bruticus.
This is a reanimated conversion of my Quake 2 Swindle model to Unreal Tournament, with strafe, swim and over 500 animations.

Other info : This is my EIGHTH plugin player model, FIRST for Unreal Tournament.

Intro story (worse than Quake's):
Swindle: Liandri Corp. resurrected this Decepticon war general.
Conbot: Starscream's original blueprint for Swindle was destroyed by fellow Decepticons thinking it was an Autobot.
General: This face still strikes terror as the one of the original Decepticon war generals.
Generation 2: A commercialized repaint of Swindle to swindle more cash for spare parts.
Fencer: Sold his faceplate to Unicron for pinpoint accuracy.
Guard: Psychotic rampages are a result of not having any processors inside its head.
Action: Another commercialized rebuild with agility and a tendency to pose.
Guerilla: Used petrol rabbits as bait to lure unsuspecting Autobots before ambushing them.
Shadows: Was captured by Shub-Niggurath as an experiment for invisibility but unfortunately couldn't completely vanish.

Additional Credits to : Epic Megagames and Digital Extremes for designing a game with such a flexible engine with its own compiler that others could easily modify, cranking up the speed new computers are coming out (sigh) and unleashing the creativity of so many gamers.
Hasbro Inc. for producing the fantastic Transformers series.

Thanks to : The creators of qME, Q2 Modeller, UnrealNST and MedDLe.

Base : My Quake 2 Swindle model
Editor used : Q2 Modeller for the base plus MedDLe just to snap it to the grid.
I then used qME to animate it and Micrografx Picture Publisher 6.0
for the skin shading. UnrealEd for the skins. UnrealNST for the conversion from MD2 to 3D format.
Known Bugs : Vertices `swim' because I used qME to animate, then saved it in MD2 format. Many frames and animations are duplicates. (see if you can spot the similiarities) I got tired animating 540 UT frames, most of them quite repetitive. This was more than twice the number of frames in my Quake 2 Swindle model. Also, Swindle is short and wide compared to the UT models, complicating Instagib. He also shimmers excessively in software mode (this is UT's fault). The status dolls don't work. I don't know how to make him flip when he jumps from building to building in DM-Morpheus, though dodging forward makes him flip. Bots do it naturally...
Build/Animation time : 18 days

You are welcome to create your own skins for Swindle but you must send me a copy.
You can also use the model as a base for your own model but you must send me a copy
and include my name in the credits.
If you want to convert Swindle for use with another game, send me the modified copy!!!
I wouldn't mind reanimating him for use with other games...

Also, do not try to profit from Swindle's model. Hasbro's lawyers will profit more...
