This program is written in VisualBASIC, version 6.0
It needs the VB6 runtime file(s).
(MSVBVM60.DLL OLE32.DLL OLEAUT32.DLL COMDLG32.OCX)
If you have a current system, especially if you have MS Office or
other MS programs, these files are probably already installed.
Try running SAX21.EXE - if it runs you are cool. If you get a
"file missing" or "unable to load DLL" or some such error -
you need to install the runtimes. Best to do it anyway - many programs
require them, you will probably need them sooner or later anyway.
They do no harm to your system and only take up a megabyte on HD.
Remember: VisualBASIC was written FOR windows BY the people who wrote windows.

Get them free here:

http://visualbasic.about.com/compute/visualbasic/msubruntime.htm

Also on CompuServe BASIC or VB programming forum, or Windows forum(s);
(I am not sure since they reorganized everything and I quit my membership!)
TRY: GO MSBASIC, GO PCPRO, GO SETUP95, GO WINSHARE.
search for "runtime file" or "visual basic runtime".
I assume AOL has them too - but I am not on AOL so I can't tell you where to go.

You can also get them from MicroSoft website free. (If you have the patience
to hunt them down there!), or ZDNet.

If you have trouble, email me and I will send you the 1 MEG
installation file.

The 2 files with *.WRI extension are documentation - they should open
up in WORDPAD. READ THEM before using the program please :)
I chose not to use MSWord (part of MS Office) because
not everyone has it and if you open a WORD document in wordpad
it sometimes looks all weird.
