1. INTRODUCTION
---------------
Welcome to PC Webopaedia Lite, a Windows help file-based program that contains definitions of over 2,000 computer terms, plus hot links to the PC Webopaedia Web site where you can find updated definitions and links to thousands of hand-selected Web pages containing additional information.

PC Webopaedia Lite is freeware, so you may use it and distribute it without payment. However, the definitions, tables and figures are copyrighted by Sandy Bay Software, so you may not extract them and use them in another form without Sandy Bay Software's written permission. Also, we ask CD-ROM bundlers to notify us at license@sandybay.com if they include the program in a CD-ROM.

2. INSTALLATION
---------------

To install the program, unzip the PCWebxx.EXE to a temporary directory (where xx is either '95' for the Windows 95 version or '31' for the Windows 3.1 version) and then execute it by double-clicking it. This will initiate the installation process which will provide you with further directions. Once the installation is complete, you can delete the PCWebxx.EXE file.

3. INSTRUCTIONS
---------------
After you have installed the program, a PC Webopaedia icon will appear on your desktop. Just double-click it to run the program. Once the program is running, you can use the on-line help feature to obtain further instructions. If you have any questions or problems, send email to support@sandybay.com.

4. REGISTRATION

To receive notification of updates, you should register by going to the Web page:
