INSTALLATION
------------

No special installation is required other than to copy PYO.EXE to a directory
that is included in the PATH statement. We recommend \DOS.

USAGE
-----

PYO (Print Your Own) allows you to print your document to a disk file,
formatted for the printer you want, then take the file to the computer
connected to that printer and print it, without requiring the software
application to be on the computer you are printing from.

eg - You need a color printer for your project. Work at home in your
own software application, print to a file, then take the file to the
location that has a color printer and print the file, without requiring
the software application at the second site.

HELP

When you type PYO with no parameters, you will see a screen reminding you
of the format of the command line.

PYO IS ESPECIALLY USEFUL FOR
----------------------------

Work at home in your own software application, print to a file, then
take the file to the office to print on the printer there, without
requiring the software application at the second site.

Create and print a file to disk using the software application on one
station of a network, then print it on a non-network printer connected
to another station on the network.

When printer resources are limited or restricted, print your file to
disk, then print where and when resources are available.

When different sites have different printers, print your document for
all the appropriate printers, then transmit or send the appropriate
file to the sites for printing.

Technical people can create documents and print to disk from any
software application that allows printing to disk, then non-technical
people can print on demand to the printer without having to know the
different software applications.

Print files are printed exactly as they are created, with text,
graphics and formatting intact and can only be changed by those
with access to the original file.
