 * Make a shortcut in your startup folder to make the exe program run
automatically whenever the computer is started.
 * Once started, a new icon will be available from the system tray.

Using the program
=================
Click the palette icon in the system tray to activate the program. Once
activated, the palette window will popup into view. Use the mouse to
select the required colour from the available palettes. Once the colour
has been chosen, the program will generate the correct #rrggbb colour
string in the edit box provided. Tooltips are there to assist & identify
the value of colours as the mouse pointer is moved.

Once the #rrggbb colour string is generated, the same data is copied
into the clipboard. Users who wish to make use of this facility can now
paste the data into their favorite editor. Most editors support paste
function from a drop down menu, or a hot-key combination such as Crtl-V.

A browser safe palette is provided to assist choosing colours that will
not suffer from colour dithering when viewed under different browser
conditions. Dithering occurs when the browser software cannot render
the required colour exactly, instead a mixture of the nearest colours
are used to simulate the desired result. Use this palette as a guide,
as there will always be cases where one type of browser will display a
certain colour better than another browser will.

To create colours from the variable palette, use the scrollbars to set
the red, green, and blue components to the required values. Similarly,
the dual purpose edit box can also be used to input the #rrggbb string.
To avoid erroneous results, please follow the correct syntax when
entering data in the edit box.

To exit program, right-click palette icon and select exit.
