                                 LIST of FILES

                                 TCONVERT.EXE
                                 TCONVERT.TXT

This program is DOS based but will work from Windows. It is designed to
easily re-format a variety of WP, DTP and ASCII files, by removing
unwanted Graphic Control Codes, unwanted spaces, blank lines, and
reducing lines of more than 80 characters. It can be especially useful
in re-formatting Help Files, and Text files obtained from Internet Web
Sites. Those typing these files seem to have an obsession with
restricting the line lengths to some 30 or so characters, and producing
    a wealth of blank lines.

Since the output is also an ASCII file, it can easily be handled by any
    WP or DTP afterwards,

     Comments and suggestions always welcome.
