INSTALLATION
------------
Run MView30.exe to unzip files to a directory.
Then run setup.exe to setup MView 3.00. You can
specify the same setup directory as the unzip
directory. However, just ignore the overwrite
message.

WARNING
--------
If you encounter problem of running setup.exe on
Non-English Windows, then you have to manually
create program group for MView 3.00.

It is very sad to know that the setup.exe program
created using Delphi 1.0 Client/Server version can
not run on some of the Microsoft Windows. I have
tested on Simplified Chinese Windows 3.1 but even
Delphi itself gave a general protection fault (GPA)
on that Windows. I even created a very simple
application (without writing a single line of code) by
using Delphi Client/Server, it still give me a GPA !!.
Sorry for all the trouble !!

Additional Features in MView version 3.00

1. Support Word97 and Excel97 and Netscape for Windows 95.
2. Support the native Windows Systems (Make use of the TrueType fonts).

Other subgroup will still use bitmap fonts for display. This option is
   available under MView system menu.
3. Have additional encoding mode of Forced ASCII which can forced the
display of ASCII on CJK Windows. This is particularly useful if you

Chinese and Korean Windows. However, the font types to be forced must
be included in the Ignore Font List.
4. Have the conversion from GB to BIG5 encoding or BIG5 to GB encoding.
This option is available under MView system menu.

CNS for Taiwanese (Support multiple planes i.e., 1-16 planes of
characters, each plane can have up to 8836 characters).
6. Simulate bold style of fonts.
