What's this
-----------
As you know, there are some different Chinese character encoding
and decoding methods used in the Internet. In those, two most 
popular code-sets are GB code and HZ code. This plugin will 
convert GB coded messages to HZ code, or vice versa. If you find 
"~{" and "~}" characters in your Chinese messages, it means the 
text is encoded in HZ code. 

Installation
------------
This software is a plug-in for Eudora 3.0/4.0, and must be
placed in one of the following directories to be recognized.

* The sub-directory "plugins" of the directory the Eudora .exe file is in
* The sub-directory "plugins" of your Eudora mail directory

This plugin requires MSVCRT.DLL, MFC42.DLL and MSVCIRT.DLL. 
If you don't have any of these DLLs, you can download them 
from
	http://members.tripod.com/~zealsoft/eudora/
or
	http://www.nease.net/~zealsoft/eudora/
and then copy them to  your Windows\System directory.

Usage
-----
There is two translators contained in this plug-in, which will
only be executed when the user selects the desired translator
from the Message Plugins menu under the Edit menu. 

Each translator will affect the selected text as follows:

GB -> HZ
  Convert GB code to HZ code.

HZ -> GB
  Convert HZ code to GB code.
