To close all windows add "total" to the shortcut target, it should look something like that "C:\Windows\CloseAll.exe total"

To update CloseAll drive/folders context menu that you wish CloseAll will close all windows, open "My Computer", click "View" then "Folder Options...", choose "File Typs", find "Folder" in the "Register file types" list, click the "Edit" button, choose "Close All Windows" from the "Action" list, click the "Edit" button, add "total" to the "Application used perform action" target.
