                               for Windows 95

===============================================================================

Welcome to WinCtrl.

Introduction

WinCtrl is powerful window manager for Windows 95 that gives you
ability to control windows created by other applications.

Window manager is watching for windows being created by other
applications and if you define so, it reacts and acts on it. You
        can:
        - close the window
        - set its size, position and state (normal, minimized, maximized)
        - set window to be stay-on-top window
        - change its caption
        - play defined sound file
        - run other program / application (and also, every other file with
          associated extension)
        - send to this window a sequence of keystrokes as they are typed on
          keyboard (with optionally encryption)

The window recognition is based on window title (text in caption bar).
        Recognition mechanism allows you to:

        - specify wildcards for searching window title
        - search with match case
        - search only windows created by specified application
        - match windows only with user-defined size and position
