What it is?
===========
This is yet another desktop clock program. The main difference is that it displays
REALLY transparent LED clock. Other windows are not hidden by clock digits,
moreover you can click a mouse on a window behind the clock - like it's displayed on a
monitor's glass!

In addition the program allows to define alarms to be displayed at certain date and time.

Features
========
The clock window can be moved at any place and will "stick" there always been on top of
other windows.

To move clock you need to left-click on a digit and move mouse holding the button pressed.
It's a bit tricky - you need to hit right at a clock digit, because the rest of the space
belongs to a window underneath.

To display the Options dialog you need to double-click on a digit. There you can set
alarms and change font and other settings.

There's NO TRAY ICON displayed, to close the program go to the Options dialog and press
the EXIT button.

An alarm can be set for a certain date/time or for any day - in this case it will pop-up
each day at specified time.

Please note that althought the program can use any font, some fonts are too complex to be
displayed correctly. The same applies to small fonts. I myself use either Arial 18 bold or
Signature 18.

System requirements
===================
Any MS 32-bit OS: Windows 95, 98, NT 4, 2000. "Good" video card is highly recommended.
The program's performance may degrage with large or complex fonts, in this case decrease
font size or switch to another font.

Installation
============
Place anywhere and add a shortcut to the Startup group.

Story
=====
I've seen many screen clocks, some are really cool. The biggest drawback of them
for me is that it's quite hard to place them conviniently: there's always something I've got
used to do by clicking at the place where clock's displayed now.

So I sat down and wrote this small program. The idea of transparent free-form windows
belongs to:

	Tim Lawrenz
	tim@lawrenz.com

	Max Muermann
	muermann@stud.uni-frankfurt.de

I use some code from their COOL! package - go get it at http://www.lawrenz.com/coolform/,
it's really COOL!

I also decided to get rid of tray icons - I just don't like having a tray occupying a half
of a bottom screen line.

Special thanks for Michael Pazukhin - he's the first enthusiast who pushed me to complete
the work started.

I hope you'll find the program usefull. Bug reports, comments and suggestions are welcome!
