Registry Saver v.1.2
By Charlie Culver, Webersoft

Enclosed in this zip file is regsaver.exe, the main file. Run this program. After it is
run, it will automatically run when windows starts. You can set the rate it runs, meaning
that if you set it at 5, it will run every fifth time windows is started. Registry Saver will
create a directory called tempback in your root directory and will copy the registry to that
directory every time Windows starts. WHEN the registry corrupts, you can go to the directory
Registry Saver is located or the tempback directory and you will find a batch file which,
when run, will restore your computer's registry. If you want to change the frequency Registry
Saver runs or if you want to uninstall it, download Registry Saver Options (104k).This
program is freeware. Distribute it freely.

Please ensure that you have v.1.2 now, for both the first and second releases had errors
which compromised the backup.

Attention: If you get a message before windows finishes loading that says that "the registry is
corrupt, and to restore it press this button," this is not Registry Saver. It is Windows. Press
the button and Windows should restore it for you.

Go to http://computing.net/software97/registrysaver.html often to check for new versions!
Thanks for using Registry Saver!
