+ Added timeout delay where your mouse pointer have to stay a certain
amount of time on the corner or border to do the action.
+ Added the ability to start objects.
+ Added "minimize on pointer leave" and "bring to pointer position" features.
+ Added support for minimized window restoring.
+ Now a lot more keyboard friendly:
Added alt-mnemonic keyboard combinations as well as arrows and alt-arrows.
The first and last one implent a workaround for Warp 3 notebook bug
  (err.. feature).
Fixed keyboard pitfalls I could find.

- Only the first page is now loaded on execution -> loads faster + uses
less memory until you switch to the other pages.
- Eliminated some redundant calls, notebook pages switch faster.
- Made several speed/memory optimizations, the program should feel slicker.
- Changed INI format a bit to make it faster/better and also to
accomodate new features. You will have to reconfigure your Window Lists.
- Now only shows a warning when another copy is running. Useful when (if)
the other copy gets stuck and you still want to run another copy.
- Window border is non-resizable.
