Description

  Desktop Atomic Clock is powerful program synchronizing clock of your computer
  on atomic clock using internet. Desktop Atomic Clock use National Institute of
  Standards and Technology (NIST) Atomic Clock servers.
  Also it can be used as small desktop clock. Desktop Atomic Clock has friendly interface
  and many useful features which makes the time synchronization process fast and easy.

  - Has list of ten NIST atomic clock servers. 
  - Place in system tray. 
  - Requires small system and disk resources. 
  - Optional to synchronize only minutes and seconds (for irregular Windows time zone settings)

  - HTTP Proxy support.


Installation
============

  1. Unzip dac.zip and run the setup-program (Setup.exe).
     Follow the instructions.
  2. Note: If you've got Desktop Atomic Clock not from its web page, but from
     the other source (magazine CD or some software library), please
     visit its home page at http://www.softros.com/dac
     here you'll probably find the later version.


Uninstallation
==============

  Run Uninstall from Desktop Atomic Clock group.

  Important ! You must exit Desktop Atomic Clock before run Uninstall. 
  Otherwise some files and registry settings could not be removed.


Help
====

  Desktop Atomic Clock help system uses latest HTML Help technology
  for easy searching answer for your questions. HTML Help support is
  included in latest versions (at least 4.0) of Microsoft Internet 
  Explorer, Windows 98, Windows NT 5.0, and Visual Studio.

  If you haven't HTML Help installed, you need to download it as 
  standalone component from 

  http://www.microsoft.com/workshop/author/htmlhelp/

System Requirements
===================

  - 80386/486 based IBM PC compatible computer (or higher)
  - About 1 MByte of free hard disk space. 
  - Internet access. 
  - A mouse. 
  - SVGA card with High color mode. 
  - Microsoft Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

  Desktop Atomic Clock is a 30 days trial software. It's fully functional during 
  trial period, but showing nag-screen at startup.
