This file describes Annoy! and its usage.

Annoy! is a program that you can use to annoy your friends, your parents, or your boss. Basically what it does is places a button on screen. When the user moves the mouse over the button, the button scoots away. To add to the confusion of the user, the button changes its position every second. This makes it impossible for a user to get it to where they want it and leave it there! The button also floats on top of other windows.

The only way to quit Annoy is by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, and closing it from the task list.
