- pressing Enter on entry opens it in MSIE in offline mode

- options for Group browse mode:
  "Skip sites list with single item";
  "Skip 2nd level domains": e.g. entries for www.some.co.uk
  will be put into domain folder some.co.uk instead of co.uk

- in "File links" panel mode NmL column shows entries hit rate

- Info panel "Used" field shows real (with slack) files size
  (IE also uses this value)

- new powerful F7-Repair command - you can diagnose and fix many
  problems with cache such as: cached files that are lost from index,
  cache entries without a real file, entries with wrong file size,
  entries with expiration date

- changed behaviour of "Show cache entries info" option (see help);
  now stray entries are always shown as "(missed)" filenames,
  regardless of this option

- "Cache used" indicator added to Info panel (Ctrl-L)
