Express Extension Definition Program v1.05

Overview

Define is a program that gives users a description of an extension (e.g. EXE).
It was created so people wouldn't have to wonder what an extension meant. I
remember when I was just learning about computers, I didn't know what an
EXE file or a COM file or even a TXT file was. I hope people can learn from
this program.

Features

  Complete source code.
Dialog box so you can add or change descriptions of extensions.
  Online help system.
  Not case-sensitive.
  Maximum 80-character description.

Source code

The source code is copyrighted and if you want to use it in your programs,
you must leave the copyright notice intact. No royalties are expected,
though donations are accepted (as always). I compiled the source code
with Microsoft Visual C++ 1.0 Professional Edition, so if you have any
changes you want to make, you have to modify the makefiles and so forth
  yourself.

Making changes

The rules of making changes are as follows:
    1) You may not use this program or source cdoe for financial gain
    2) You must leave the copyright notice intact.
    3) If you make any changes, feel free to add yourself to the credits.
    4) You may not modify this program for malicious purposes
(that kind of takes the fun out of it, doesn't it)
    5) Don't make things harder than they already are.
