Syncer! v1.0
--------------------------------------
I wrote this program because I needed a simple file synchronization
program for my programming projects. When working on multiple machines
and taking your work with you on a laptop, a synchronization program is
a must. After discovering that the majority of shareware programs that
fit my needs were grossly overpriced, I kicked out this program.

THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN RELEASED AS FREEWARE!

System Requirements
--------------------------------------
This is a 32-bit program. It will run under Windows 95 and Windows NT.

How to use Syncer!
--------------------------------------
Using Syncer! is straight-forward. Navigate to the two directories
you wish to synchronize. Make sure you double-click on each directory
to open it. When both directories are open, click on the synchronize
button. The rules used to synchronize directories are as follows:

#1. If a file or folder does not exist in the other directory,
it is copied to the other directory.

#2.	If a file is newer than a file in the other directory with
the same name, it will replace the other file.

#3.	Syncer! automatically performs synchronization in both
		directions

Syncer! will use these rules to synchronize the directories you have
chosen, their files, and all subdirectories.
