                      CopyAll 1.2 Installation Guide

You will need the CopyAll installation diskette, and 100K free disk space
on your C: drive. If you got CopyAll over the Internet, create a folder
called C:\CopyAll on your hard drive and unzip the contents of the CopyAll
archive in the C:\CopyAll directory. Then use Explorer to create a shortcut
to the C:\CopyAll\copyall.EXE file. That's all.

1. Put the CopyAll diskette in drive A:

2. Click on the Start button located at the bottom left corner of your
    screen.

3. Choose Run from the menu that comes up.

4. In the Open: edit box, type A:\INSTALL.BAT

5. Click on OK to start the installation.

6. The INSTALL batch file creates the C:\Program Files\CopyAll directory
and keeps everything CopyAll needs in that directory. It does not set up
a shortcut or modify your registry. You can set up a shortcut using
    Explorer.

    Congratulations! You are done.
