P.S. For those curious about the choice of colors displayed:

     When you invoke ACV12, the colors are those which are embedded in
     the file ACV12.CFG.  These were chosen by me.

     If you copy ACV12ORG.CFG to ACV12.CFG, you will see another, equally
     popular, color scheme.  To return to the first set, copy ACV12MY.CFG
     to ACV12.CFG.

     Alternately, you may choose your own colors.  Go to the the reader
     menu --> Options --> Change Colors.  When you are done, save; this
     will create your own ACV12.CFG.  You can always drop back to either
     ACV12MY.CFG or ACV12ORG.CFG.

