- Final version of the Cubic Player 1.7 Interwave (GUS PnP) wavetable device

Updates: - up to 16MB RAM
         - Reverb (Use Ctrl-F5/F6 or the CP.INI "reverb" setting)
         - Reverb does only work up to 28 voices (not my fault)
         - sample timing corrected
         - finally using IRQs - perfect Win95 background functionality

Update your CP.INI as following

- add "devwiw" to the "wavetabledevices" line in your [sound] section (place
  it first to let it become default)

- add the following lines to your CP.INI:
  [devwiw]
  link=devwiw
  drivername=_mcpInterWave
  handle=5

- if the player won't play (stuck in first line), do one of this:
  * get the newest V2.0 driver beta from Gravis
  * use ULTRINIT.EXE to correctly initialize the IRQ logic
  * disable the IRQ by putting IRQ=<sumthing greater as 7> into CP.INI's
    [devwiw] section

ok... but remember: UNDERGR0UND 0NLY! Never let Pascal know of this! :)))
