2.System requirements

-Windows 9x
-Mp3 player (required just for playing mp3's, not required by program)

Installation of this program is very simple, just extract the mp3tagger.exe to whichever directory you want.

7.Usage
-------
The main window is divided into two parts. On the left side, there is a small file browser, where you choose the mp3 file you want to edit.
On the right side, there is a few editing areas for ID3 tag's items.
-Fill out the form and press SAVE button to save the ID3 to file.
-Press the CLEAR button to clear contents of the form.
-To remove ID3 from the file, press CLEAR and SAVE buttons immediately.
-You can lock any of the items by clicking the lock button beside the item. Locked item will not change, when you choose another mp3 file, but still can be edited. To unlock it, press lock button again.

-Press Rename button to create file's name from Artist and Title items.
