I. What is TurboCrypt and what does it do?

TurboCrypt is a DOS-based program that reads input from a file, garbles
it, and saves it as a separate file. TurboCrypt works with any file
including EXE, ZIP, GIF, JPG, DOC, any other DOS file.
Using Decrypt un-garbles the file and makes it viewable again. It is
useful in sending documents and text more securely over the internet
or just making a file so no one can read it.
Without the key and number, the file can not be decrypted with ease.

II. Installation

To install TurboCrypt, create a directory on your hard drive named "TURBO"
or some similar name. Copy the demo.zip file to that directory and
  run pkunzip on demo.zip.
  Its as easy as that.

III. Running TurboCrypt

TurboCrypt is split into two files: ENCRYPT.EXE and DECRYPT.EXE
As the names say, ENCRYPT.EXE encrypts files, and DECRYPT.EXE decrypts
  them.
ENCRYPT can be run with any type of file, not just plain text,
  but also ZIP's, EXE's, DOC's, etc.
The unregistered version of TurboCrypt has a size limit of 2K on
input files, but once you register, that limitation is removed.
To run the encryption program, type:

    ENCRYPT <input_file> <output_file>

  Where:
<input_file> is the file to be encrypted.
<output_file> is the file to be outputted to.

Follow the simple on-screen directions from there.
To run the decryption program, type:

    DECRYPT <encrypted_file> <output_file>

  Where:
<encrypted_file> is the file encrypted with ENCRYPT.EXE.
<output_file> is the file that the decrypted text is to be outputted
         to.

Follow the simple on-screen directions from there.
