1.Wincph is encryption utility that you can use to encrypt/decrypt files or folders to protect them from unauthorized use.Wincph uses the triple-des algorithm. triple-des is a strong encryption algorithm. 

Wincph was designed to run on Windows 32. It is a 32-bit native application which takes advantage of all the improvements made to the operating system. 

2.To encrypt the files or folders

In Windows Explorer: 
Click the files or folders with right mouse button. 
In the context menu click Add to the Wincph. 
Enter a key (password) for the files or folders and the archive name and then click Ok.
Don't forget the key! 
OR 

Run Wincph from the Start menu. 
Click File and select New archive ,Enter a key (password) for the files or folders and the archive name and then click Ok.
Click actions and Select add to add the files or folders you want to encrypt and click Ok. 
Don't forget the key! 

3.To decrypt the files or folders
select the files or folders you want to decrypt, then click actions, select decrypt to ,select the path where you want to decrypt,then click OK.

4.Make self-decrypting archive
click file, select Make .EXE file.
