Zip-A-Pic:- E-Mail and Disc Mailer for Pictures and Documents

   Description of Programme

Zip-a-Pic (r) is a New Global Electronic and Universal Mailing System
for people who want to quickly send Pictures, Documents and Sounds to
   other people.

It is a system essential for users of Digital Cameras, Scanners, for
creators of visual programmes and anyone else who simply has to send
   pictures or computer files.

There are no menus to confuse people unfamiliar with computers.

Instead Olympic has designed the programme around the much simpler
   Press Bar technique.

All Olympic Zip Files are compatible with all Winzip and Pkzip
   programmes.

   Brief Overview of Zip-A-Pic

   Firstly:-

You select 10 pictures which appear as 10 slides on one page.

You select Word/notebook documents or type in text information about
   the pictures.

You select a sound for each of the pictures. (Optional)

You select from your P.C any other files you want to send.

   Secondly:-

In the same operation. all the above are compressed into one .zip file
, (called an envelope, ) which is either copied to floppy disc(s) or
fired into your e-mail directory for immediate transmission.

You have 10 envelopes in each programme (100 pictures) and you can see
what is inside each envelope before opening and viewing it.

When making up a slide show to send to others, you can also enter your
company names and other contact details so that your reciever has to
see your name and contact before they leave the programme.

   Thirdly:-

At the distant end, the incoming zip file, (envelopes) is
automatically unzipped, (opened) and the pictures and associated text
are presented to the viewer in a CinemaScope format.

They can then scroll through the viewer to look at each picture and
text information you have sent them.

If any of the pictures are large, then they can be expanded to full
size through a large viewing facility.

If the pictures are required for exhibition purposes, an automatic
   slide show can be activated.

Users can also select play compact discs tracks on their CD Rom as a
   personal background music option.
